Any dispute that comes up because of this Agreement will be settled by three arbitrators chosen in accordance with the Comprehensive Arbitration Rules of the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Service, Inc. (“JAMS”), except for claims for injunctive or equitable relief or claims about intellectual property rights, which can be brought in any court of law without posting a bond.
The arbitration will take place in Nigeria and will be done in English. The arbitral award can be enforced by any court.
Any party that wins a lawsuit or other legal action to enforce this agreement is entitled to costs and attorney’s fees.
If any portion of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, such portion shall be interpreted to reflect the original intentions of the parties, and the remainder of this agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
Any one time that either party breaks a term or condition of this Agreement, it does not mean that they are giving up on that term or condition or on any other future violations.
Any party that accepts and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement may take over the rights granted to it by this Agreement without condition; https://jobbank.schoolcollege.ng/ may continue to use the Services.
This Agreement will be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors, and permitted assigns.
